We take immense pride in shipping only healthy, vibrant, and disease-free succulents nurtured with expert care at our greenhouse. Each rosette is hand-selected at its absolute peak color and meticulously nestled into premium protective packaging to ensure a safe journey to your doorstep.

📦 Shipping & Transit Responsibility

While we go above and beyond to secure every package, live plants face unique conditions during international travel that are entirely beyond our control.

  • Track Promptly: Kindly keep an eye on your tracking number and open your package immediately upon arrival. Stagnant, dark boxes are the biggest threat to live plants.

  • Document Concerns: If you notice any transit or structural damage, please take clear photos of both the original box (including the shipping label) and the plants before throwing anything away. Carriers require this documentation for us to file a claim.

We stand firmly behind our greenhouse stock and offer compassionate, swift solutions for unforeseen shipping mishaps:

  • 48-Hour Reporting Window: If your succulent arrives with clear signs of severe black rot or transit-induced water damage, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@succulentshine.com. Please include your Order Number and your unboxing photos.

  • No Returns on Live Plants: To protect plant health and strict biosecurity regulations, we cannot accept physical returns (live plants simply cannot survive a two-way international shipping journey). Rest assured, for any qualifying issues reported within the 48-hour window, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue store credit/refund!

🎨 Natural Variations & Seasonal Dormancy

  • Living Art Variations: Succulents are natural, living organisms. The actual plants may vary slightly in shape, color saturation, and size from the showcase photos depending on the current season, light levels during travel, and whether you purchased our 2.2" or 3.5" specimens.

  • Winter Dormancy: Popular sedum varieties (such as Cherry Tart or Lime Zinger) may naturally droop, shrink, or shed lower leaves during colder months. This is a brilliant, natural survival tactic—not a defect! With proper potting, sunlight, and seasonal care, they will beautifully rebound and plump back up in the spring.
