1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SucculentShine.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you’re not cool with this, please don’t use our site. 

2. Products & Services

  • What We Sell: Hand-grown succulents, pots, tools, and accessories from our family-owned farm.
  • Quality Assurance: Plants are pest-free and carefully packaged by us. Note: Natural variations in color/size may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll get an email once payment clears.
  • Payment Methods: Secure checkout via Stripe, PayPal, or credit card.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to update prices (you’ll pay the rate at checkout).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 2 business days (excl. weekends/holidays).
  • Delivery: ~10 days via tracked mail. Delays from customs/weather? Not our fault, but we’ll help track!
  • Risk of Loss: Once shipped, you’re responsible for lost/damaged packages. Tip: Opt for insurance at checkout!

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Live Plants: No returns (they’re perishable!). BUT:
    • If plants arrive dead, send photos within 48 hours for a replacement/refund.
  • Non-Live Items: Return unused items in original packaging within 14 days for store credit.

6. Prohibited Conduct 

Don’t:

  • Resell our plants as “rare” without permission.
  • Use bots/scrapers to steal product info.
  • Leave fake reviews – we’ll delete them and maybe cry a little.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our Stuff: Photos, logos, and plant descriptions are © Succulent Haven. Want to repost? Tag us! 
  • Your Stuff: By submitting reviews/photos, you grant us royalty-free use (with credit!).

8. Disclaimers

  • Plants ≠ Food: Don’t eat them (seriously, some are toxic to pets/kids).
  • Growing Results May Vary: We’re not responsible for your plant’s midlife crisis.

9. Limitation of Liability

We’re max liable for the order amount paid. We’re not on the hook for:

  • Indirect damages (e.g., emotional distress from a delayed package).
  • Your cat knocking over a $50 Echeveria.

10. Changes to ToS

We may update these terms. Continued use = you agree. Major changes? We’ll email you.

11. Governing Law
