x📦 Shipping Timeline & Our Professional Process
To ensure your chubby plant babies survive the long journey and arrive in pristine, textbook condition, we follow a rigorous, professional preparation protocol:
- Greenhouse Selection (2-3 Days): We hand-pick the healthiest, most vividly "stressed" rosettes from our stock based on current seasonal availability.
- Professional Air-Drying & Bare-Rooting (Approx. 10 Days): This is the secret to succulent shipping. We carefully remove the soil and air-dry the root systems for about 10 days. This essential step prevents moisture retention, stopping root rot and mold before it can even start.
- Transit Time (6-8 Business Days): Once perfectly dried, your plants are bundled in protective layers and shipped. We ship Monday through Friday, all twelve months of the year!

Once your order leaves our greenhouse, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email. You can easily monitor your package's real-time journey directly on our Track Your Order page.
